Q. Can I incorporate any changes in my travel plan once the booking is done?
A. Yes, you can modify your booking or travel plan. There may be certain charges for modifications or for cancelling the old booking and making new arrangements.

Q. Can I request for a special meal ?
A. Yes, special meal like Jain meal (No onion garlic), Fasting meal- as per availability and Baby meal can be arranged subject to prior intimation.

Q. What is the difference between a Child and an Infant?
A. Infant is any guest who is below 2 years of age whereas child is guest who is or above 2 years of age and below 7 years of age.

Q. Will it be possible to extend my stay at a destination?
A. You can extend your stay provided you intimate us of such extension at the time of your booking. Additional charges will be applicable

Q. Does S R Holidays has tours for Corporates or Institutions?
A. S R Holidays has exclusive division which deals with such corporate tours. Here special tours are designed for corporates, industries, institutions

Q. Can I make online payment for my tour?
A. Yes, you can make the payment through NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, Payment app/wallets, like PhonePe, BHIM, Gpay, PayTM, or any UPI ID and also by Cash.

Q. May I get hotel names at the times of booking?
A. At the time of booking you will know the suggested names of the hotels or type of accommodation which we generally use for that particular category of tour.
